Only my second cook on my 22 but I think its love at first cook. I have love this wsm, first cook using the minon method had a fire for almost 10 hrs no guru no stoker no pitmaster, WOW. I can't believe it. First mod, I added a third grill man will that thing hold some meat. Thinking about buying another one and using them for comps the stick burner we use takes more work than its worth. Thanks Chris for having such an informed group.
 
Yes,my stick burner has sat untouched in the garage since i got my wsm in july.Control temps better,and with a full ring minion method i'm good to go for 10 + hours without babysitting the wsm.Not to mention the bbq it turns out-no comparison to my stickburner.Enjoy-Richard
