Scotch eggs smoked on the SmokeFire then placed in a nest of hash browns and topped with country gravy and served on our finest china. A lot of work but so worth it. Sorry no action shots as it was 19 degrees out there this morning.

My kids make fun of me all the time for the amount of gravy, or bbq sauce, or whipped cream I use on stuff. They were just doing it with an hour ago with my carmel cup, brownie sundae topped with whipped cream. I just think life is alway better with more of that stuff!
