Not sure if this is appropriate or not so if not just let me know. I was in Birmingham a few weeks back and ran over to Saw BBQ for the first time. Had the combo plate with some of the best chicken and pulled pork. I'm wondering if any of you have tried it and might have some suggestions on how to replicate that flavor. I don't live in Birmingham, it's a long ways before I'll be back. Any suggestions would be great.
