Sausages and ribs

A few weeks ago, we had a combination 18th b-day / going-away-to-college party for my "baby" daughter. The original menu called for brats and other sausages, with sides. I remembered that I had a couple of racks of ribs in the freezer, so I figured "Why not??" Here are a few pics of the ribs (I cut the racks in half)

The line-up consisted of regular brats, Nuremberg brats, Hannoverwurst, sweet Italian sausage, hot Italian sausage, and Louisiana hot links…all provided by Dittmer's Gourmet Meats & Wurst-Haus in Los Altos, CA.

Sorry for the lack of plated pics. I'll just say that the sausages I tried were awesome. The others were well-liked, too. And the ribs were really good, too. All in all, a great day. Take care, everyone. Have a great weekend..!!!!

Mike, I wish I was invited to that party!

Thank you, everyone! Your comments are very much appreciated!!

Jim, I was definitely thinking of you when I picked up that pile of links!!! They make another type of brat there called a Sheboygan Brat. What can you tell me about these? I want to pick some up next time.
