saucission ?

Some one gave me this saucisson & I split it with my dad.

Prolly a silly question but I know u guys won't make me feel bad.

Do you eat it with the white on it or do you trim it or wash it or oil it? I guess you eat it like u would salami. I have some central grocery olive salad I've been making muffeletta's with. I guess that would be good. I also have some bakery bagel chips. What cheese pairs good with it? The saucission is from paris.

Use it as normal salami, and take the "white" off before you eat it. I'ts not unhealthy, but the casing is not easy to eat.

I've never oiled it.
