I've tried several of the sauce recipes that are mostly vinegar on this site (like the No. 5) and have enjoyed them. However, some in my family like a little thicker, and semisweet sauce. I'm not trying to make a KC Masterpiece or Sweet baby rays but maybe something in between the two. Any ideas?
