Saturdays cook...pictures coming

Never been so excited to fire up my 22.5" WSM. I'm announcing my future cook Going to do 4/5 slabs of BabyBacks with my homemade rub and a Stubbs BBQ sauce (Don't know which one..I have 5 different flavors in my cupboard) around 15 or so ABTs on the bottom grate with the ABTs I'm going to have a uncovered Dutch Oven filled with Keri's Hog-Apple Baked Beans. Pictures to follow. Going on the smoker mid to late morning.

Filled up charcoal basket with 3 chunks of hickory.

Alright everything is prepped. 5 slabs of BBs with my homemade rub

ABTs and a double batch of Keri's Hog Apple baked beans

. InLaws are showing up at 5pm along with sister in law and her husband. Everything is getting happy in the WSM. ABTs will go on bottom rack at around 4 PM.

If I was doing 3 slabs I like laying ribs on the grate. With 5 slabs I used the
Rack. Does the job

Yeah that's my other hobby, HT. 3 Klipsch RF7IIs across the front. I have a projector and a 110"
AT screen that drops down.
