my son said he wanted some bbq for dinner this weekend so i was happy to do so....

so i mixed up the injection

guru set and ready



butts after several hours in the smoke and about to foil with some more goodies.



had time to straighten up my cook shelves



then to to eat this!!! had 9.5 lbs i vacpaced and froze after we all ate!!!
