Saturday Night Meatloaf

Thought I'd try a meatloaf on the OTG and use it to test out my new iGrill. Mixed up some 80/20 with the usual. Seasoned with Penzey's Southwest seasoning and added some diced jalapeno and a splash of Stubbs Original.



A little Pecan on the fire and hooked up the iGrill. Gotta say it worked great!!

Needed something to do for an hour . . .

I'm seein the same thing and feeling like I've neglected my grill. This meatloaf looks outstanding! I particularly like the cast iron twist. I'll have to try that out.
