Sam's pork loin

At the bottom of my freezer I found a 4lb pork loin I had purchased at Sam's. It is one of their flavored ones. This one is a portobello mushroom and cracked black pepper seasoned loin. The brand name is PrairieFresh Prime. Has anyone smoked on of these or would you recommend grilling. Thanks

Never cooked one of those but... If you have a kettle, that'd be the best way IMO. Bank the coals on both sides and put a piece of wood on top of the lit on each side of the coals. You want too cook it at high heat 325-350º till an internal temp of 142-144º is reached in the thickest part. Carry over heat will continue too cook it while it's tented in foil and resting for 20-30 min. Leave the temp probe in while it's resting. Slice it thin and enjoy.
