Is there any pros or cons of using Iodized vs Non-Iodized salt in a rub recipe? I just realized I've been using Iodized all along, and tonight I bought non-iodized. I know the only difference is the addition of iodine, but does it have any affect on flavor or cooking?

Iodized salt can and will leave streaks of color in the meat.
