Did some salmon for the wife only grill it direct seasoned it with salt and pepper garlic little bit of lemon juice on top cooked it about 45 minutes did some vegetables asparagus broccoli brussels sprouts I’m not a fish person but wife said it was good did lite smoke with rosemary
