it was cold but dry Saturday night - so we squeezed in a grill of salmon steaks on the Jumbo Joe
Here they are prepped and ready - rubbed with home grown (and then dried) chili, tarragon, grated lemon rind, pepper and olive oil. That's the chili plant in the back, we have to keep it indoors, but its delivered well this year!

Fired up Joe...

Then slapped 'em on for a good grillin'

Meat side down first, then flip to crisp up the skin. Then they come right off the skin as easy as anything.
Look a little too 'grilled' in the final shot - but they tasted fantastic...
