Salmon/shrimp

When i got home from work a few days ago my wife had made this on the kettle.

Salmon filled with: pesto,tomatoés,feta cheese salt and pepper.

Shrimps just on a skewer and lightly smoked.

Served with: Mash potatoes,babyleafs and thyme flowers

She dident take a pic of the run but i took 1 when i got home.

You're lucky your wife knows how to use the kettle. It would be helpful if mine were more comfortable with the charcoal grill.
 
A+ on using WHOLE shrimp! I wish we could get head on shrimp here, the flavor is soooooo much better than the processed junk most of us are forced to buy! I grew up on the NC Coast and I never saw a shrimp without the head until I moved to Va.

Daniel, I think your wife Emilie is due for a well deserved extended holiday to ...say, Wisconsin.
Yeah, she should come to Wisconsin and relax a while after working soo hard in Karlshamn.

Or... can I come over for dinner sometime?
