Salmon on Thanksgiving

Just wanted to say thanks to Chris for posting the brined "appetizer style" salmon on cooking topics. It was so easy to do and was a big hit as a thanksgiving appetizer (it all went fast!)

Highly recommend this recipe.

I second that emotion. Did the same with great response. My wife's not a huge fan of bbq in general (boo, hiss), but loved the smoked salmon.
