Can't beat some Grilled Salmon for a satisfying lunch! using my Weber Performer Deluxe Grill fitted with a SlowNSear Plus and DripNGriddle Pan.

That DripNGriddle pan makes for easy Clean-up!

Looks good! I use the Q100 for salmon, I start off skin side down, so when I flip it I can pull the skin off and crisp it up separately. Makes a kind of Salmon "chip" if you do it right. GF Loves them, me ...not so much, fish skin has never had an appeal to me.
