Rotisserie ?

if you mean a rotis on a gasser, heck yea. rottised food is great. i got 5 rottis setups i use for charcoal and as soon as i get my genesis overhauled i will fix one up on it for sure.

I use my EZ-Que all the time on my Genesis. It is definitely worth it. The meat comes out very moist. I have done all kinds of different meats.

My chicken comes out a little rubbery but when you got a lot of mouths to feed, one chicken last a long time.

Hey Robert,
I've noticed that on this site that the pics of food cooking usually over shadow the cookers the're on. Not in your case though.

I love this pic, mind if I save it in photo file?
BTY I have a feeling even "Larry's Orange Sariacha Sauce" couldn't save that poor thing.

First off, AL. T, didn't mean to highjack your post.
That's Black Betty. I just finished building her couple weeks back. You can do with her as you wish.

She goes both ways.

Your assumption is correct. Pictures found on the internet opened in Adobe PhotoShop, modified (edited), printed on 8-1/2"x11" card stock, cut out with razor knife, taped on drum and spray painted.

I've got a couple Weber #9891 cradle (EZ-Que) rotisserries I picked up off craigslist for my Genesis and never have used them. It's just that I don't use the gasser enough.

But if it were my only grill, then yes, I'd definitely use a rotis! I'm really pleased with the quality of the EZ-Que, but I'm also having a LOT of fun with the Rib-O-Lator!

The Rib-O-Lator along with the Flavor Dome Smoker Box takes the gas grill to another level.

Does the EQ-Que or the Weber rotisserie work with the Rib-O-lator? Their site only shows gas grills.
