Leftovers!
They barely made it inside the house. My kid was grabbing little bite while I was cutting it up. I did not stuff with anything I gave it some thought but just went with the marinade.

I did basically like the original just used whole birds. To make sure the birds were good and covered in the bath I did have to quadruple the marinade. let them sit for a couple hours then basted a few times as the cooked. When I do roadside I like a touch of smoke. I usually use apple, this time I used a small piece of peach.
