Added 4, 1/4-20 x 1" brass screws to sit grate on and a thermometer to the Only Fire rotisserie ring. Did 4 chicken leg quarters in a roti flat basket Thursday (sorry, no pics) and a CI pot of smoked baked beans today. Been seeing lots of vids of rotisserie pork ribs so will likely do a slab next.
I added the same thing but, nearer the top so I could use a solid rack below and the GBS above so I can use two racks for whatever is needed,

Using the ring on a 22" Jumbo Joe and the original grate location was too close to the charcoal grate. That's why I mounted it in the ring, about 2 1/2" higher than original placement. Plenty of room higher to add another grate later. Thanks for the idea.
