I pretty much use that technique at all the forums a frequent. I have found the forum native search function to not perform as well.my secret sauce for searching:

I have that One Grill unit. Works great on my Wolf.I had one that stopped working, I believe it was a Weber. Totally my fault because I put too much weight on it. I was able to take it apart and I saw that one of the gears jumped off the other gear. So I slipped it back into place and it worked for a while, but then it jumped off again. I kept fixing it but it just got worse and worse so that it became unusable. In the end I threw it away and bought this one.
