Thanks guys! I am doing pulled pork on the rotis this weekend...wish me luck. Anyone have experience with that? Will post pics and video

I don't have a lot (read any) experience with a rotis but pulled pork may not work on it. A lot of times when doing PP people have trouble getting the butts off the smoker without them falling apart. I can foresee it rendering down to tender and then just falling off the tines and down into the bottom of the grill. May work if you take it to less than tender and then slice it instead of pulling it. Check out this

PP might work if you had a netting on the whole roast to keep it from falling apart. Then again, how would you separate the netting from the bark?
