Here are some pics of todays cook. I can't decide which cooker is better my ceramic or weber.I know a lot of people swear by there ceramics but the weber kettle puts out some really good results, especially when I use the rotisserie.Glad I have both.

Looks good Joe. Did you stuff the cavity with anything (aromatics, etc)? What did you rub on the roaster?

Don't have a ceramic, but I'm with you on the results with a rotis and a kettle. Use mine often on the Performer. I usually brine the chicken and stuff the cavity with herbs, onion, lemon, ornage, celery etc.
 
I used Weber roasted garlic and herb seasoning.I didn't stuff it with anything.I had to try defrost quicker so I soaked it in the some cold water with the same seasoning.I cooked it between 350 400.Thanks for looking.
