Right around 5#s Regina. No plated shot everyone was starving and early workday in the morning. You'll have to take my word my best bird yet. Really juicy and tender. Will be doing another one soon. Preferably on a weekend where I can relax and have a beer or two. Had sweet corn, cucumber salad and wild rice as sides. The injector is awesome. I've used a few times on Pork Butts and chicken. Highly recommend
