Hello everyone I am from Corning,NY and as of yesterday(cyber monday)I am a proud new owner of a weber smokey mountain 22.5" smoker! I am beyond pumped! I really started getting into bbqing over the summer, I cooked over 100 chicken quarters on my homemade grill/smoker for a going away party for some in laws. It was a huge party and I was cooking for about 3.5 hours and I loved every second of it. I decided that I wanted to make the investment in the wsm after heavily researching smokers. I am really looking forward to using it. I love everything that goes into bbqing. Researching recipes/rubs/sauce and having others enjoy my product and just the whole culture of bbqing is very cool. I look forward to using this site as a great resource!
