New BBQer here. What is a rolled rack, and how is it done, I might want to do it. Sounds like it might have something to do with spares. Trying to get as good as you guys are. Thanks
Assuming we're talking spareribs, You can coil a trimmed slab and stick a shish kebab skewer through the ends, then stand the coiled slab on end. This allows you to fit 3 or 4 slabs on each grate. I use stainless steel skewers. I always pull the ends apart from each other on the skewer a little bit so the meat doesn't touch.
