Roast or BBQ Prime Rib?

Can the WSM get high enough temp to roast a prime rib? What are the best methods for prime rib? I would think that a higher temp would be better for prime rib. Any recipes suggestions would be appreciated.

Start out at higher temps then bring it down
to normal smoking temps, cook to 130? internal. Oak or fruit woods for smoke has worked well for me many times.
