Roadside Chicken

Finally got around to grilling Roadside Chicken and it was good. I grilled indirect and then finished direct but next time I will cook direct start to finish.

I was too chicken to grill direct the entire cook because I was afraid I would burn it but I really think the chicken would have been more flavorful had I done it that way so the next time I will.

Very nice Dean. Roadside is a great recipe. Chicken loves some acid. I find any marinade with vinegar, lemon or lime goes great with chix. Well done.
