Hello,
Today i wanded ta make chicken without going to the store to get the cuts i didn't have in the freezer... what i did have, i took out yesterday mornin' and that was bout half dozen+10 dummies and four thighs. After work, i brewed up some ROADSIDE CHICKEN marinade and tossed everything together overnight. Done this before and all is well.
BUTT, I wanded something with a bite to it... well, that'll come later.
Soey got the OTG with the CIGs (an' my NEW wood handles) all fired-up, complete with some nice apple wood for effect... then got the she-cone parts acookin' and after a cocktail or two, i turned em an' sauced em up again...

When Patty the Porker squealed, i knew it was time to "ungrill the thrill"
I really love this recipe (i'm sure most here do), butt i wanded to add some heat to it without wreckin' the classic taste. Soey used a little Tabasco Garlic Grillin' & Marinatin' Sauce on justa few pieces anlemme tellya, oouweee! I lovedIT!

I love "heat" and I love "she-cone" an' I love cookin tasty foods! Tonight's dindin was Tasty!
