Ribs on 18 wsm 8/3/2013


 
Thanks for all the input. I have learned a lot from this forum.. My next cook might be a chicken. Have done many "beer can" chickens on my 22 inch charcoal kettle.. Would like to try one on "the beast""
 
Next cook,will try a chicken.. Looking forward to my 1st brisket in a few weeks. Oh, having the last of those ribs tonight.all have a great weekend
