Ribs in Adobo sauce...

I have babybacks swimming in Adobo sauce as we speak. I have never tried this b 4, has anyone else...?

I will post results, one thing i know for sure, they will be 'spicy', to put it mildly.
 
Sounds yummy. I love that stuff. Obviously I have never done that on my limited experience but I would like to know how it comes out.
 
one word... Fire!!!

next time i will cut it with applesauce, which i would have done the first time, if i could ever find anything in this house on my own, which my wife tells me i cannot.

My problem is that it usually is at eye level right in front of me and I still can't find it! I guess I'm hopeless...
