Ribs Beef and BB

I wanted to share last weeks ribs. I just received my kcbs card and decided to get some beef ribs at the restaurant depot, I picked up 3 racks of baby backs too. It's quite a place.

I picked up these short ribs.

Rubbed them with some homeade rub

Fired up the wsm

Loaded the the beef ribs

I ran the smoker at 250ish for two hours with Kingsford and a couple of chunks peach and hickory, then loaded 3 racks of Baby backs, missed their pick due to rain, until I threw everyone a party getting sauced on my red head gasser

We plated it with some deviled eggs and slaw the Mrs made, guess which plate is mine

The Restaurant Depot is the real deal. I have seen these ribs there but never bought any. Guess who's getting them next time I go? Beautiful ribbage sir!

seriously great looking ribs there! I've never cooked them myself, but I'm surprised how much they shrink up especially compared to pork ribs, anyway yours look great, wish i could find some like that around me
