Ribeye Steak and Lobster

Last night I lit up my gasser and cooked Ribeye Steak and Lobster. I marinated the steak in soy sauce and seasoned it with Montreal steak seasoning. I sprinkled a little of my own rub on the Lobster. Came out great and very tastey.

..about the soy sauce; I use it too ...but only kikomen lite..it's pretty mellow

You're steak seasoning is very similar to mine. Montreal Steak Seasoning... but I use Dale's Steak Seasoning rather than pure soy sauce:

Soy sauce
onion
garlic
sugar
MSG
Ginger
Paprika

Did filet mignons for Christmas dinner. Two well done (so they're supposed to look like that) and two medium.
