I decided to make use of some leftover rib tips I had in the freezer. I took some Tostitos Scoops and filled them with pieces of rib tips and shredded cheese. After ~15 minutes in the oven, I topped them with avocado and sour cream. Thanks for checking out the pics!
Damn Jerome, looks really good...Nice job.... Hey Jerome, are there any good stops for bbq anywhere off of 93 or 16? Our vaca spot is The White Mountains and bbq is our thing .... We tried Screaming Boar in Littleton but is was a waste.... Any others to try on the way up?
