This is another recipe that has been sitting around a long time and never made. I like the idea of using "Old Bay" on pork.
Rib Rub
5 TB., plus 1 tsp. paprika
2 TB. freshly ground black pepper
2 TB. dark brown sugar
1 TB., plus 1 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
2 tsp. chipotle powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. mustard powder
This will make more than enough rub for two racks of ribs.
