Replacement for wsm factory gauge?

I just found out why my spares cooked so fast the other day by checking out the gauge in a pot of boiling water. It stopped at 194 degrees, so that also helps to explain why I had to open the vents all the way to obtain a 200 degree gauge reading.

Does anyone know of a good gauge that will fit the existing 3/8" hole and cover the indexing slot? I'd like a gauge with a longer stem, anyway.

Well, I got a tip off another site to just put some foil metal tape over the slot and use a gauge that will fit the 3/8" hole. He said that the Pro Temp gauges that call for a 5/16th hole will work fine, but I haven't checked to see if any can be recalibrated. Anyone here know of any?
