I have scoured the web and the forum on how to setup my Heater Meter for remote access with Comcast
I set the Heater Meter up with a fixed IP and I set up the port forwarding however, I can't figure out with the Comcast Gateway what to do next (the Gateway is from Comcast and it's both a modem and router)
Since I cannot post an image here is a link to see the Comcast Gateway www.xfinitywi-filogin.com/xfinity-login/port-forwarding-on-the-xfinity-wireless-gateway/.
I called Comcast and spent over an hour with them and in typical Comcast fashion they had no idea what I was talking about and said that remote access is not allowed. Which makes no sense because then the video doorbell would never work. Then they tried to sell me on adding more channels
Anyway any help is is appreciated
