Reheating ribs in vacuum seal bags

I have a rack of ribs (split if half)....cooked and frozen in a vacuum seal bag.

I was thinking of defrosting it for Super Bowl and leaving it in the bag....putting said bag in boiling/heavy simmer water for 10-15 minutes. Is this how some of you guys do it? I've never reheated ribs this way but really want to try it.

J. This is an excellent way to reheat frozen ribs. I have a Food Saver V4880, and I reheat the frozen package of ribs (in the sealed bag) in a soft boil for about 20 minutes. They are nice and hot and this process does not over cook or dry out the meat. Cliff
