Reheating and "saving" brisket leftovers

So my brisket cook from a couple of weeks back went pretty well and everything except the thinnest part of the flat came out at least edible if not just plain yummy. But there was this wedge-shaped chunk at the end that wound up at 215 when it came off the smoker (the rest was around 195). It was obviously over-cooked.

We froze it as one slab in a foodsaver bag and it could probably be two big or three small sandwiches if it can be rescued somehow in reheating. Is this something that can be accomplished? I usually just toss the bag in boiling water for 20 minutes and the results are OK, but because this was a little dried out from the cook itself, am I fighting a losing battle?

I've had one suggestion to "steam it" but I don't really know how to do that, to be honest.

Thoughts?
Thanks in advance, as always.

I'm not an expert but my first three Briskets were dry. I've had good luck reheating a sandwich quantity of sliced brisket in a covered container in the microwave with apple juice. Came out moist and tender every time.
