Reheating 4 Pork Butts

I am planing on cooking 4 pork butts for a party in a couple of weeks. I would like to cook them the day before. I have done some searching on this subject and have only been able to find some information on how to store and reheat smaller quanities in ziplock bags and reheating in the microwave, or in boiling water. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rodney
Get some of those disposable aluminum trays they sell in the supermarket for roasting turkey, if you can find ones with lids it's even better.
To reheat sprinkle some apple juice and rub over the top cover and stick in a 300*F oven for a while.
 
Ditto. Cover tightly; stir once after 30 min or so. If the oven is full of pans, rotate them at that time as well--front to back, top to bottom.
