Reheat pulled pork

Yes, I have read many threads on this.
Asking cause I have the bone side of a pulled pork I made yesterday. Still unpulled. Is it better to 1. wrap in foil and oven for a while? 2. Place in disposable pan, cover, and heat. Or 3. Separate, put in zip-loc bags and simmer?

Heat to approximately 165.
Low oven?
What should I add to the bags or disposable pan?

I have three hours to get this done. Should work fine.

In the pan, sitting in stock, covered tight. 335 now, then lower to maybe 275. Should be fine wa before the three hours. Excellent.
