Red Weber Kettle JCPenney Model?

So I looked at this today:

I was excited because the ad said large(thought it was a 26er), and it was old and red.

It had JCPenney on the handles although it appeared to be made by Weber. It also had a two hole lower vent.

Does anybody know anything about these?

Looks like a Sears Happy Cooker.
It's been debated whether Weber made them or not.
I would have bought it in a Katy TX second!

Yep, I would set fire to the money getting it out so fast. Even better is that its red.
