Recomendation for a "built in" grill

My mom lives in Florida and she is looking to buy a propane grill that will tie in directly to her house. This grill will be on the lanai and will be fixed and "built in" to the house (not free standing/portable). I don't think Weber makes any models like this (of course what I'd recommend).

So are there any other grills that would fit this bill?

Ideally a company that will be around for years and will have access to replaceable parts.

Thanks in advance and sorry about the non weber content, but I can't think of a beter place to ask this.
