Re-uniting cook

Hi All,

I've really neglected my Master-touch for the last couple of months as I bought a "Q" which is great, but probably just too convenient. So, I'm determined to fire up the charcoal Master-touch this weekend and get back to basics for a while. I've cooked pork shoulder, chicken wings & thighs, many steaks on the "Q" and I'm in need of inspiration for a repeat inaugural cook on the charcoal Master-touch. Any thoughts??
 
Don't know if you can get tri tips over there but that is becoming my go to on my Performer using indirect heat and a bit of smoke wood ads some flavor. What meats are easy to get over there?
