Re-heating question

After our SmokeDay party we had a good amount of leftovers. My wife food-savered a fair bit of it the next day (after it had cooled on the counter and been refrigerated under plastic-wrap overnight) and those packs went straight into the freezer, but she left about 3 sandwiches worth in a food-saver vacuum container inside the fridge (i.e. loose in a canister, not in packages). What is the best way to re-heat this and still have it moist-and-tasty, and how long can it safely be stored like this without being frozen?

assuming you're talking about pulled pork, i reheat mine in a nonstick skillet with some apple cider vinegar (i like the tang)

i've also put it in the oven

Thanks for the helpful suggestion. We food-saver bagged some and froze it and left a canister vacuum-sealed in the fridge for this week's lunches. Bit of apple juice, medium heat for a few minutes in a covered frying pan and just as tasty as SmokeDay Afternoon!
