What is the best way to eat/heat Fatties, say 6 to 8 hours, or even the next day after cooking? I know that they are good cold (to me), but if you are going to serve at work, and want to "do it right", what is the best?
I bring fattys to work all the time. I usually cut it up at home, put slices in a ziplock bag, another bag of bisquits. Just heat up each one for about 30 seconds. Come out great.
I have used a toaster oven and microwave at work before. For the Toaster oven I keep the fattie wrapped in foil and give it about 20 minues @350-375 degrees. For the microwave I slice and heat up for 30 seconds at a time until hot. Either way they only last about 2 minutes.
