Re-heating bbq meats...

Folks - I love my WSM and especially love brisket - but I've found of all the meats cooked on smoker & grill, brisket seems to be the hardest to "re-heat" back to just-off-the-grill taste!

Pork butts seem the easiest to me.

* What are some of your tricks/sauces for re-heating bbq meats?

G.A. Here's some info on reheating Brisket. I have found that this way is almost as good as when the brisket came out of the foil after it's rest. Link to a recent thread on the subject.

My wife just recently bought me a food saver. What I have been doing is putting the sealed bags in boiling water. Heats up well and doesn't dry it out.
