Rapid rub making


 
One thing i admit to finding annoying is the time and mess involved in making my own rib, something I always want to do. Today in the middle of getting some bb's ready I ran out. I always go to a bulk store for the Turbinado sugar, and I thought why not get everything here. So I mentally converted my recipe to parts from cups and tablespoons, used the store's scoop as a standard measure. When I got home, I just dumped all the bags into a bowl and mixed it up.
I know I probably just reinvented the wheel, but it worked well and was cheaper. Now making Canada Mike's Pork Rub is easy.
