What's up, I've still been cooking just not posting, and it seems like i never get more than 1 pic of what I'm cooking. At any rate i've cooked mostly on my kettle as i've been busy and haven't had time to fire up the smoker. New craycort grates have come in handy.
Some thighs i cooked at the lake, on my dad's broilmaster we've had it for years, one of the best gassers i've ever cooked on. Dusted with some McCormick's chicken rub.
Some scraps of a whole tenderloin i cooked when my cousin was in from cali, didn't take any of the best cuts cooking. Happy with those grill marks on that one.
A pic of it cut up. I usually just eat what i grill, no sides, so plated pics are usually just whatever was on the grill swimming around in it juice.
Took my craycort grates off and cooked a thigh for lunch directly over the coals, made a snake to finish off the country style ribs, they turned out perfect. Had one to many miller lites and failed to get a finished pic of them.
Trip to Raleigh a buddy of mine cooking us some burgers and dogs I figured I'd get a shot in front of the grill to ruin a good shot of food.
This was my first cook on the craycort grate, turned out very nice.
