We had some people over Saturday night so I made ribs and chicken. Don't think I got any shots of the wings but oh well.

3 racks from Costco for $26. Can't beat it.

Oh there's the wings. People brought potato salad, cucumber onion salad, and tomato and mozzarella.

He does love beer. He usually gets to lick the last few drops. :) The ribs were the perfect tenderness for sure. My best that I've done in my first 4 times cooking them, but I still can't seem to get that classic smoke ring. I have been foiling them anywhere from 2-3 hours in. Would that cause it?
