Racking bacon?

Hi,
I love to make bacon, and i'm wondering about increasing my output, especially since my friends keep begging me for more. Has anyone tried using a rib rack to get more bacon on the smoker? Right now I can do four belly slabs and my 18" is full, as you can see from this pic.

Any thoughts?

Mike,
I don't see a problem with using a rack.
Might want to rotate the slabs end over end a few times to even out the smoke/heat.

Nice looking bacon by the way, I can see why it is in demand!

I have the same idea and ordered two racks to use with my Weber OTG and Smokenator setup. Since I have "most" of my lower charcoal grate unused, I am hoping to put bacon on both the food grate and the charcoal grate, so I can smoke substantially more. The same goes for smoking pork chops when I want to do over ten or so for a small party.
